What are your instant red flags? Mine are being told to disable Defender, entering my Riot password into a random launcher, password-protected archives from an unknown source, and fake countdown timers. I know none of those individually proves malware, but together it's enough for me to leave.

Check the download domain carefully. A familiar logo pasted onto a lookalike page proves absolutely nothing.
What if the comments have videos?
Videos can be staged or old. They don't tell you what the file does on your computer.
If you already ran something sketchy, don't keep testing it to see what happens. Stop, scan the machine, and secure accounts from a clean device if credentials may be exposed.
